In March 2020, our family began a series of road trips from New York City to the far reaching corners of the United States. Our travels continue as we route the next path - a mirror of our own growth. 

 

More than a documentation of a journey, this is a documentation of time. A record of a specific path. It began as a need to get away from the ongoing pandemic and revisit our familial bonds. It has now become a well loved tradition.

This visual anecdote of the American countryside, once mundane, reveals a sense of calm, beauty and patience. Perhaps as a result of all we have taken for granted the last three years.  

 

Somewhere beneath the surface of familiarity, the promise of reconciliation and acceptance awaits.
